There's a woman at work who often orders a salad for lunch of "grilled chicken over romaine" and nothing else. I tried it, and let me tell you, I never thought a dressing free salad would be so tasty! So I made it at home to save some cash at work.
I made my own herb seasoning for the chicken (I used really thin sliced chicken breast). My herbs of choice were basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. I grilled the chicken on my mini kitchen grill, and cut up to bite sized pieces.

I mixed in some cherry tomatoes and topped it off with the chicken. There's no need for any dressing because of how many herbs are on the chicken. Its low in calories and tastes great!
