Luck of the Irish

I'm a few days late, but who can forget the delicious food of Saint Patrick's Day? I spent the holiday eating an Irish dinner with my mother and watching an episode of Faces of America (awesome show about genealogy, check it out http://www.pbs.org/wnet/facesofamerica/.)


My mom prepared a classic Irish dish of corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes. Every year tastes better than the last!
